Attached is a PDF file with the October 28, 2003 Solar Condition and Geomagnetic Storm Advisory. This is an early advisory on the possibility of severe geomagnetic storm activity due to very active solar conditions that are now being observed. Nearly all early indicators are suggesting that severe geomagnetic storm conditions could develop as early as October 29.
